All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or statutory holidays will be processed on the next business day. We offer the following shipping options for orders within Canada:
Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5–10 business days after shipment. This is the default shipping method.
Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2–4 business days after shipment. Additional charges apply and will be calculated at checkout.
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Deliveries to remote or northern communities may require additional transit time.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight, shipping method, and delivery address. All shipping charges are displayed in Canadian Dollars (CAD). Free standard shipping may be offered on orders that meet a minimum purchase threshold (when available).

Shipping Restrictions
Currently, getCanadaShrewms ships to addresses within Canada only. We do not ship to international destinations at this time. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost, damaged, or has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with the shipping carrier to locate your package or arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate. getCanadaShrewms is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery to the address provided at checkout.
Incorrect Shipping Information
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping information at checkout. getCanadaShrewms is not liable for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, you may be responsible for return shipping costs and reshipment fees.
