Refund Policy

At getCanadaShrewms, your satisfaction is our priority. We stand behind the quality of our products. This Refund Policy explains the terms and conditions for returns, exchanges, and refunds for products purchased through our website.

Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, provided that the product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging and condition. Due to health, safety, and hygiene considerations, we cannot accept returns of opened products. Damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped products may be returned regardless of whether packaging has been opened.

How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@getcanadashrewms.com or call (604) 274-2131 within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, the product(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Our team will review your request and provide you with return instructions and a return authorization if applicable.

Please do not send products back without first contacting our customer service team and receiving a return authorization. Unauthorized returns may not be processed.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective product or wrong item shipped). We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as getCanadaShrewms cannot be held responsible for returned packages that are lost or damaged in transit.

Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you of the status of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days. Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear. All refunds are issued in Canadian Dollars (CAD).

Refunds will be issued for the product purchase price only. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange a product for a different item, please contact us at info@getcanadashrewms.com or call (604) 274-2131. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if possible. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you, including return shipping.

Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, opened products, items without original packaging, and products purchased during final sale or clearance promotions (where specifically noted) are not eligible for return or refund.

Order Cancellation
You may cancel an order before it ships by contacting us immediately at info@getcanadashrewms.com or calling (604) 274-2131. Once an order has shipped, our standard return policy applies.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe, first check with your bank or credit card company. If you have done so and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@getcanadashrewms.com.
